JJH Building Contractors Ltd was chosen through a competitive tender exercise to develop the existing space into working offices and commercial areas. The project was undertaken to redevelop an existing warehouse footprint, providing separate offices and workshop areas. The existing offices, canteen and toilet spaces were refurbished to match the new construction works.
